Terms and Conditions
In any agreement for the sale of a caravan the following terms shall have the following meanings;
Seller: You, as the owner of the caravan
Purchase Price: The agreed sale price
Subject to inspection: The valuation is subject to an internal and external inspection and the caravan being in full working order, good condition and free of damp.
The Valuation
Before you enter into a sales agreement you will receive a valuation of your caravan, this is supplied on a ‘subject to’ basis and is not an offer to buy the caravan. Sellmycaravan.net has the right to withdraw this valuation at any time without legal consequence. The valuation supplied by Sellmycaravan.net will be based on an up-to-date market leading trade price guide.
The price given in the valuation will be in pounds sterling. The valuation is given based on information supplied by the seller and is given in good faith. If the information supplied is inaccurate this will lead to an inaccurate valuation and cannot be relied on. All valuations are subject to Sellmycaravan.net acquiring a clear CRIS check.
Inspection and Offer
Prior to entering into a sales agreement, a member of Sellmycaravan.net will carry out an internal and external inspection of the caravan. The valuation of the caravan may be revised if the condition does not meet the information supplied by the seller and has a substantial impact on the value of the caravan.
Following acceptance of the offer, the seller must supply Sellmycaravan.net with all relevant paperwork and documentation relating to the caravan including spare keys and manuals etc.
Payment
Sellmycaravan.net will make immediate payment to the seller once a price has been agreed. The payment will be made by faster payment directly into the seller’s bank account, this is normally shown within 2 hours.
Caravans Subject to Finance
It is the responsibility of the seller to make Sellmycaravan.net aware of any outstanding finance on the caravan. Sellmycaravan.net will settle the existing finance in lieu of payment or as part payment. If the offer is lower that the settlement figure the seller must pay Sellmycaravan.net the difference between the 2 figures. Failure by the seller to do this will result in Sellmycaravan.net terminating the sales agreement.
