This isn’t an issue, if you have an outstanding secured loan, this will be settled by us and any additional funds will be required to be paid, whether this be by us or yourselves depending on your settlement figure.

This isn’t an issue we will always consider any condition of caravan but this would be reflected in our price once appraised.
